What is RPA?

When I heard first time this name at my university, that time I first thought in my mind it is related to robots like I have seen in movies. but it's different from my thought.

So RPA is Robotics Process Automation. RPA technology frees employees from repetitive, mundane tasks, and allows them to focus on their core business goals, bringing many benefits to the workplace. This creates greater productivity and lower investment.

I know when you read this first time you are going to confuse and want to know more in an easier way, So Let me give you an example, in bank & finance organizations, there are so many repetitive tasks including, mortgage processing, KYC, report automation, accounts payable. credit card processing, fraud detection, audits, etc.

Doing these tasks daily will be very hectic, and tough and how can we forget full of errors? This is the situation where RPA comes to the rescue.

feel good!

By implementing robotic process automation solutions into businesses processes all you have to do is just push command and the bot will do your work.

What are the benefits of using RPA in business.?

According to UiPath, Robotic process automation streamlines workflows, which makes organizations more profitable, flexible, and responsive. It also increases employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity by removing mundane tasks from their workdays.

RPA is noninvasive and can be rapidly implemented to accelerate digital transformation. And it’s ideal for automating workflows that involve legacy systems that lack APIs, virtual desktop infrastructures (VDIs), or database access.

RPA is typically low-cost and easy to implement, requiring no custom software or deep systems integration. Such characteristics are crucial as organizations pursue growth without adding significant expenditures or friction among workers.

Software robots can increase a team’s capacity for work by 35% to 50%, according to Kofax. For example, simple, repetitive tasks such as copying and pasting information between business systems can be accelerated by 30% to 50% when completed using robots. Automating such tasks can also improve accuracy by eliminating opportunities for human error, such as transposing numbers during data entry.
